HKyIGF 2025 will build on the foundations of HKyIGF 2024’s “Prompting a SMART Digital Economy”. It delves into the second edition of the SMART Digital Economy, emphasizing the concrete actions and collaborative efforts needed to cultivate a truly human-centric digital future for Hong Kong. This year, we will explore how to deepen the SMART model – Sustainability, Multistakeholder-valued, Accountability, Resilience, and Trust of our digital landscape, moving beyond theoretical frameworks to examine practical applications, policy innovations and community-led initiatives that ensure technology serves the well-being and equitable development of all.
